WARM WEATHER DISCLAIMER: This product contains natural ingredients when exposed to hot temperatures, they will soften/liquefy. If the balm has liquidized, chill in the fridge to harden. If shipped during hot weather and liquefaction occurs, the balm is still perfectly usable. Just stir and chill. If completely liquefied, placing balm in the freezer for 15 minutes will quickly cool and solidify the balm.
